Returns & Refunds

At NextStyle Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are happy to offer returns and exchanges on most items, subject to the following terms:

Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at nextstyleoutlet@gmail.com. Our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions for returning the item.


All returned fabrics must be unused, uncut, and in their original condition. For exchanges, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received.
Please note that custom-cut fabrics and swatch orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect.

If you receive a defective fabric, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order with photographic proof of the defect. If the fabric is confirmed to be defective, we will cover the cost of domestic return shipping. However, the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

NextStyle Fabrics is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit, but we will work with the carrier to resolve any issues to the best of our ability.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you of the approval status. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund.
